Go-Live Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Project support, functional design, and issue resolution. Worked directly with customers of our solution to resolve issues and develop new features. Leveraged supply chain, operations, and logistics knowledge to fit post-implementation business processes to optimize customer ROI. Supported four live customers and managed one customer account directly. As an account manager, I facilitated and tracked the resolution of issues, delegated tasks to team-members by priority and expertise, and ensured customer satisfaction.Responsibilities- Critical responsibility involved the management and prioritization of enterprise level software issues.
