Oversee the accounting for several townhome and multifamily developments in the DC metro area. Responsibilities include invoice processing, monthly reporting, loan and equity draws, third-party requisitions, compliance, and managing cash flows for the project. Additional tasks include serving as bank liaison, implementing departmental and corporate goals, promoting cross-departmental training, managing a staff accountant, and other departmental functions as needed.

Prepared audit and tax returns for low-income housing tax credit properties and their investing partnerships. Also performed SEC 10-Q and 10-K reviews, completed agreed-upon procedures and other attest engagements, worked on employee benefit plan audits, and also worked on the audit of a large sports/music venue.
