Optimization Engineer And Project Manager
CurrentProject manager of the computation service for energy systems used in studies and Artelys energy software (notably Artelys Crystal Super Grid): - Defining and driving the roadmap. - Managing a set of R&D projects focused on energy modeling and simulation issues (sizing, dispatch, Unit Commitment, AC/DC-OPF, Flow-Based, etc.). - Responsible for architecture changes (micro-services) and CI/CD management, including compilation, Docker, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and SLURM.Lead developer and optimization expert (Python/C++ stack): - Leading a team of developers and optimization engineers. - Developing and integrating new features, solution methods, or models. - Managing support, including solution analysis, training, and guidance.Optimization expertise on energy client projects: - Developing a market computation engine with Flow-Based modeling for a European TSO in long-term markets. - Designing and developing NLP and MIP algorithms in the area of distribution network optimization (AC/DC OPF). - Contributing to the development of the market computation engine at the core of the pan-European rapid reserve exchange platform MARI.Project manager on optimization projects related to transport and software development (Java, CPLEX, NodeJs).
