The sector serves 64 million consumers, generates 28.2 billion in revenues and encompasses 64.000 facilities. The mission statement aims to make more people, more active, more often.- Led a team of internationally recognised academics and professionals- Developed educational standards for the European fitness, sports and health industrybased on the European Qualifications Framework- Oversaw the entire development process- Strategically positioned and promoted the standards to generating revenues through theEurope Register for Exercise Professionals (EREPS)- Profiled the European fitness and health industry as a clean, responsible andsustainable industry by establishing Anti-Doping standards for education in fitness andsports- Managed major association events such as the International Standards Meeting- Established and managed a network of member federations- Implemented flagship publication projects together with Human Kinetics, as one of themost prestigious publishers in sports science

Outfit is a commercial gym chain, which operates at four locations. It is the leading supplier for strength and conditioning training in the region East-Westphalian. During my employment and within my sphere of responsibility the company went through a complex restructuring process in order to regain a strong position in a highly competitive market.- Acted as liaison between CEO and training personnel- Developed an efficient customer relationship management system- Regularly evaluated customer satisfaction and retention- Created new strength and conditioning concepts as part of a business development process- Established a comprehensible pricing system

EK/servicegroup is one of the largest trade cooperations in Europe. It operates in different business areas such as EK Sports (Sports Apparel and Sports Equipment) and EK Fashion (Apparel and Home Textiles). The cooperation employs a workforce of 800 and generated revenues of 2.4 billion Euros in 2018.
