I’m a highly skilled bioinformatician (PhD) with 10 years of experience in the field of cancer research and NGS-based diagnostics for personalized oncology. My expertise lies in applying unsupervised/supervised machine learning to extract valuable information from bulk/single-cell omics data, with a focus on NGS and transcriptomic data analysis. Additionally, I possess extensive experiences in integrative analysis of multi-level omics and clinical data, analysis of imaging mass cytometry data, pipeline development, and data visualization. I have analyzed various cohorts of tumor samples and pre-clinical tumor models, making essential contributions to many research projects. In my last position, I successfully demonstrated that I am able to apply my research experience onto R&D for NGS-based diagnostic products and data science projects for customers.
