Carrier Development Program as a Financial Professional Associate, Passed CT Life, accident & Health producer exam in October 2013.

Provided support functions to the Commercial Claims department including, but not limited to, working the phones to assist clients in interpreting their policies and coverage. Processing first reports, following up on open claims, ordering and interpreting monthly loss runs, analyzing data, preparing EMF projection experience ratings through the ModMaster system, performing monthly claim summary reports on open medical files to set up client presentations to review results, comparing and investigating discrepancies with the NCCI experience rating to ensure due diligence was preformed for the client. Because of my background and licensing as an adjuster, I helped to organize the time management within the claim department to improve the overall efficiency. Eagerly took on additional responsibilities when asked.

All lines Licensed Property and Casualty Adjuster for the Personal Auto Department, with experience in both team and individual claim handling environments. Worked the phones with an extremely high call volume, while multitasking regular work activities which required exceptional time management, personal initiative and accountability to deliver superior service for our insured’s. Specialty claims which required a higher degree of difficulty to resolve, or claims that involved fraud were typically assigned to me based on my proficiency in duties and effectiveness in handling claims. I was often recognized for providing excellent customer service by being polite and professional, demonstrating an ability to deal with a wide variety of people by educating and assisting them through the claim process.
