While now being for 25 years with IBM I got the great opportunity to gain in various national and international roles a wide leadership experience across almost all relevant service functions. As the business leader of the IBM support business for Region DACH I currently enjoy all aspects of a service P&L from long term strategy development to daily performance operations and from business transformation to customer incident management. I am an energetic, ambitious person with excellent communication skills and I’m always interested in exciting new opportunities to leverage my capabilities according to my personal motto “some men see things as they are and ask ‘why ?’.
