Site work included, • Q3/4 2011 Member of Outotec task force at CLC 9 weeks in Sevilla (Spain) increased production from under 4000 T of copper cathode per month to 5016 T in December 2012, avoiding significant warranty claim against Outotec. Responsible for development of production reporting metrics generally, technical trouble shooting for the thickeners, test work on the thickeners and implementing a new automation system. • June-July 2012 Thickener process expert for Antimina Punta Lobitos (Peru) pre-commissioning• August 2012 Process and mechanical commissioning of world's first dual drive SET thickener at Neves Corvo in Portugal. • October 2012 Laivakangas site support in Finland. Process optimization of a Paste thickener, managing the relationship between the Swedish and Finnish offices on this specific task. • February 2013 Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co Yuanjiacun plant in Inner Mongolia China. Process commissioning work leading a team of two to adapt the operational philosophy to changes in the ore (compared to the samples on which the plant was designed). Significant cross cultural and commercial challenges. Succeeded in de-bottlenecking the plant. • October 2013 Stoilensky GOK 50m tailings thickener in in Stary Oskol, in the Belgorod region. Process commissioning work leading a team of two to complete process commissioning, control commissioning and operator training. Significant challenges with deliveries from other parties. Succeeded in commissioning 20,000m^3/hr plant, likely to secure additional 3 thickener sales. • 2014 Process commissioning of Seirra Gorda (Chile) thickeners including 2 x 86m HRTs and 4 x 43m HCT at Torromocho (Peru) • 2015 Extensive process trouble shooting and warranty support for 4 x 43m HCT, process commissioning of 2 x 45m PTs at Centinela (Chile)• 2016 Process trouble shooting and warranty support for 2 x 45m PTs at Centinela (Chile)
