Process optimization of a Paste thickener, managing the relationship between the Swedish and Finnish offices on this specific task. • February 2013 Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co Yuanjiacun plant in Inner Mongolia China. Process commissioning work leading a team of two to adapt the operational philosophy to changes in the ore (compared to the samples on which the plant was designed). Significant cross cultural and commercial challenges. Succeeded in de-bottlenecking the plant. • October 2013 Stoilensky GOK 50m tailings thickener in in Stary Oskol, in the Belgorod region. Process commissioning work leading a team of two to complete process commissioning, control commissioning and operator training. Significant challenges with deliveries from other parties.
