A. Process inbound customer service calls nationwide and parts of India regarding commercial HVAC equipment.B. Log all service calls in the ASTEA database system to be used for tracking and trending purposes C. Analyze the origin of calls and transfer calls to the appropriate department for processing.D. Partner with dispatch and technicians to ensure customers’ concerns are addressed appropriately.

Video and edit class, concept, and demo videos to post on social media and submit to clients for booking purposes.

A. Chair the Executive and General Board meetings in the absence of the Coordinator. B. Coordinate assessment and strategic planning in partnership with the President and Committee Chairs. C. Be required at all times to assist and approve all planning and implementation actions of the ACE committees, as well as provide input for the committee programmatic agenda, and help ACE Committee Chairs with programmatic goal setting. D. Coordinate retreats in conjunction with the President. E. Coordinate Relay for LifeF. Coordinate transition process of new incoming General Board members.G. Coordinate and maintain membership. H. Meet weekly with the President.I. Meet weekly with the ACE Advisor. J. Assist the President upon request. K. Maintain six office hours weekly during business hours. L. Attend all Executive Board meetings. M. Attend all General Board meetings. N. Attend all Special meetings O. Complete other duties as assigned.P. Be ultimately responsible at all events in conjunction with the President and the rest of the Executive Board.Q. Must have served on the Executive Board for one year

A. Hold a Music Series consisting at least four contracted music events a semester unless otherwise approved by the President and Advisor.B. Develop at two homegrown event a semester; with one being on the weekend.C. Serve as the Executive Board liaison to Interactive committees D. Assist the president when requested to do so by the President. E. Maintain four office hours weekly during business hours. F. Attend all Executive Board meetings. G. Attend all General Board meetings. H. Attend all special meetings.I. Complete other duties as assigned.J. Be ultimately responsible at all events in conjunction with the President and the rest of the Executive Board.
