Following a successful stint as Lettings Manager for Dover, Deal & Folkestone, I took the opportunity to be part of Miles & Barr's "Elite Team", spearheading the opening if Miles & Barr's Ashford branch.

I managed the Dover, Deal & Folkestone patch over an 18 month period successfully growing market share, improving efficiency and building a strong relationship between our sales and lettings teams. Achievements include:- Growing market share from 12% to 26% across an 18 month period.- Won 5 Lettings Lister of the Quarter awards and Lettings Lister of the Year 2021- Achieved Level 3 in Residential Letting & Property Management and MARLA status.

Responsibilities included handling the majority of branch offers, attending occasional valuations during staff shortages or annual leave, recording of office figures and regularly taking morning sales meetings.
