Responsible for the complete operations of facility maintenance for commercial and residential clients.Management of 25 maintenance technicians and 5 administrative staff members including electricians, plumbers, joiners, masons, field supervisors and office support members. Scheduling and deployment of technicians to perform requested services to clients. Billing and collections of contract fees.

Manage technical staff for the day to day operations and maintenance of 20 room hotel and health spa. Completed routine inspections and servicing of all aspects of facility maintenance including electrical systems, generators, boilers, air conditioners, water treatment, plumbing systems, painting, roof and structural repairs, CCTV, security, telecom and DSTV, as well as furniture and office equipment.

Responsible for shipping and receiving of all orders, including shipments to distributors as well as individual internet orders. Inventory control. Supervision of warehouse staff.
