After being approached by the manager of Vintage Cellars WA I was encouraged to participate management course, where a select group from WA, NT, and SA are put through an 8 week training program focusing on the skills and tools used for effective team leadership and strong store performance. Upon completion of this course, I was placed in a number stores.
