Responsible for demonstrating excellence in CrossFit coaching, leadership, customer service, and managerial skills to effectively lead all operational aspects of the gym. Focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with current athletes while also focusing on attracting new members and converting prospective members. During administrative hours, following up in a timely manner with member and potential member inquiries to provide information about the programs and membership options.

Focused on building and maintaining lasting and valuable relationships with retailers, restaurants, bars and consumers. Responsible for increasing consumer awareness of First State Brewing Company by conducting numerous events such as beer festivals, samplings, tap takeovers, etc. Collaborating with distributors to grow sales within a designated sales territory (DE & MD).
