Manage 40+ employees across 3 different shifts. Meet KPI's monthly, quarterly, & annually. Meet/exceed production goals. Develop each employee to help reach their full potentials. Cycle count all packaging, corrugated, and ingredients in house. Create excel spreadsheets based off inventory quantity numbers vs actual physical count with cost. Implement new ways to improve accuracy while being more efficient. Make sure FIFO is being followed. Create BOM's (bill of materials) for work orders based off the production schedule. Operate Forklift (sit-down & stand-up), scissor lifts (man lifts/boom lifts), and electric pallet jacks as needed. Communicate with management of each department to help streamline work flow, and to discuss area's that need improvement (employees, organization, packaging materials/ingredients, etc.).

Run and operate ovens. Make sure employees are properly trained on required processes while keeping up with work flow demands. Make adjustments or mechanical fixes as needed. Operate forklift to obtain ingredients and change out die rollers as needed.

Supervise up to 15 employees at a time. Run and operate multiple packing machines and perform adjustments and mechanical fixes as needed. Develop each employee to their full potential. Resolve conflict and implement new processes to increase quantity while striving with quality.

Pack primary packaging into secondary packaging. Operate tape machines and date coders and make adjustments as needed. Place finished goods on pallet, and shrink wrap pallet when finished using a powered pallet jack.
