My motivation stems from my family values. I grew up in a family with two hard working parents. Between the two, my parents worked almost every job imaginable before going off to college and making their mark on the world we know today. My mother, an inspirational math teacher, paved the way for countless children over her 42 year tenure. She made me fall in love with numbers, logic, proofs and the idea that you can always find the answer to a problem using different methodologies. My father, a distinguished accountant, taught me about the workplace, structure, accountability and built my character with each and every lesson he taught. My admiration for their hard work and perseverance fuels my day to day efforts to better myself. That fuel is something I run on with future goals and aspirations. My plans for any company I work for is to put those strengths towards growing within the organization as well as, giving me the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. As a result of these passions and goals, I have been successful in each of my prior work experiences. I hope to, not only impress the companies I work for, but excel at what I do. I will always thrive to better myself and this self-reflection will be present in my work and life experiences.
