Experience and skills offered: I am a dedicated professional with 17 years experience in the financial industry with a passion for helping customers across the board from needs to servicing. In these 17 years I have been keen on personal development and growth resulting in working my way up to giving customers financial advice from starting with servicing them with their banking and everyday needs.I am used to working in a fast paced changing environment whilst managing the pressure of sales in a sales environment. I have worked under Lloyds Banking Group for the full 17 years which has meant I have adapted to the financial market and customer needs. This has meant providing a range of products and services across different roles including insurance products such as life insurance and home insurance. I approach every customer interaction with excitement and passion to help that person and throughout my time with the Bank that has been from helping that customer through difficult times such as registering a bereavement to helping them raise funds to buy their own home. I have been working remotely for the past 3 years and I am motivated to work as hard as I can to deliver great customer service. About me:I live in Liskeard with my long term girlfriend and my two stepchildren who are 7 and 9. I have lived in and around Liskeard for 5 Years and prior to this lived and grew up in and around Newquay, Cornwall. I like spending time with the family, Football and walks and in my spare time I am a level 5 football referee.
