Mep Project Manager
CurrentAs SR. Project Manager my primary accountability is the focal point for all activities of a project. To build and nurture customer relationships, with clients, local officials, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to assure a timely completion and certification of project work. Authoritative knowledge of BPMC; MNDA (Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement), CSA (Consulting Services Agreement), and project agreements (AIA191) for their applicable customers and projects. Mentor and trained field personal and staff.Acceptance of customer into project implementation from project development. Clearly define customer and BPMC responsibilities at the beginning of a project to all parties involved. Filing of all pertinent documentation information in electronic file format, including but not limited to: contractual agreements, schedules, meeting minutes, status notes; drawings submittals, transmittals. Facilitation, coordination and management of all in and out of house processes to ensure we are all working towards the same goal. The pre-construction efforts include but not limited to: conceptual design; conceptual sign-off by customer; Knowledge of ACS (Architectural, Civil, Structural) and MEP firms, Review of budget, project schedule and base contract value with estimating department. Ensure a minimum of biweekly updates of each project accounting spreadsheet, insure timely invoice and requisition approvals. Ensure biweekly digital progress picture updates. Expedite early equipment scope, order and delivery date; supervise the proper installation and sub-contractor coordination of MEP services and systems infrastructure and core building systems. Provide timely closeout documentation including as-built, warranties, operations manuals, emergency call numbers and customer training, Completion of project work on schedule and on budget, and finalizing of customer sign-off and payments.
