I was part of a two man IT team that renewed the whole IT infrastructure while maintaining the existing system and providing IT support for 100 clients and several industrial head treatment machines that where connected to the network. We extended the existing network, updated the Microsoft servers, firewall and backup system, replaced client desktops and migrated from Windows XP to Windows 7. Additionally, we setup a software distribution system (Dell KACE) and a printer server.I was responsible for the whole client migration including trainings for the employees, setting up the software distribution system, the printer servers and providing client support.

I was part of an internal IT team that maintained and supported the international IT infrastructure of the company. I was providing onside first and second level it support in Switzerland and was responsible to coordinate and support the offices in the EEMEA region.
