• Worked in a development and IT capacity, assisting users throughout the facility with technical issues while also working on coding projects• Created two Gnome Shell Extensions, one used to communicate critical status messages to all employees, the other used to share screenshots via the company intranet• Created a Gmail extension in Google Apps Script and MySQL with a colleague, intended to function as a task manager for the Systems department• Assisted with transitioning the entire Vancouver facility to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020)
