All of this implemented using a lean and agile approach, providing integration handoff and validation points; the process included instructor readiness alpha-beta training outside training organization selection and certification.• Mobile Cellular Telephony Packet Core -- developed comprehensive training programs covering 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G Packet Core, including Charging and Enforcement as well as Diameter Routing.o Developed and delivered PCRF and vDRA Courseware. All courses received a rating of 4.75+/ 5.0. • DTCSM, Digital Transformation Customer Success Management -- Leveraged business and technology acumen to deliver Cisco's renewed Customer Experience approach. o Modified and developed content based on Cisco's go-to-market strategy needs and well-defined Customer Success Management Principles.o Provided worldwide training on the technology using multiple modalities to achieve 92% Cisco and Reseller Certification on the materials. This change led to an increase in subscription-based revenue of 27%.• DevNet, Cisco's Software-Defined Network Architecture and Tools – Developed a delivery strategy for the 15 courses in the DevNet portfolio using multiple modalities and internal and outside instructional organizations. Created and delivered training programs that cover Cisco's switching and routing products and solutions.o Introduced and instructed a boot-camp for accelerated learning to prepare novice students with the knowledge required for Software Network Automation. The post-training certification exam results exceeded 90%.
