I am a Business Development II representative a Chase Merchant Services. We help facilitate the opening of merchant accounts for businesses in need of credit card processing. Selling payment solutions services to both new and existing clients through both inbound and outbound communication. Qualifying both cold & warm sales leads through making 40 - 50 outbound calls per day. Communicating both verbally and in writing with key decision-makers at a variety of levels (Small to Mid-size business owners, CEOs, etc.) to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio in a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads. Staying abreast of company's products, solutions and services to aid in product development based on client needs. Maintaining a sales pipeline with detailed and accurate electronic records and other administrative duties as required. Delivering excellent follow up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction both pre and post-sale. Operate between multiple software and platforms to deliver the optimal solution based on client needs.
