-Started as Commis chef and advanced to Senior CDP-Worked across all 7 sites and various pop ups including the Frieze art, Chelsea flower show and private hire events.-Duties include: daily management tasks, maintain a high food quality and par levels, and training incoming staff from commis up to senior management.-Helped the business grow, being part of the Kings Cross team who flipped the restaurant from the lowest performing in the group to a record breaker, and was part of the opening management team for the new Marylebone branch.-Cross trained with FOH as a waiter, working both on the floor and behind the bar.
