Hello, my name is Thomas Russo and I am glad you are reading this in order t get to know me a bit better. I have served in the U.S. Navy for the past 11 years where I have filled a multitude of roles to include being the worker on the production floor to supervisor of a variety of departments. I served in training departments for the much of the time, however, other duties and roles such as Lean Six Sigma, Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy, Diversity Awareness, Maintenance and Material Manager, Safety Officer, Social Media Representative, Human Subject Research Protocol Liason, Community Volunteer Representative, Scheduler, Event Coordinator, and Product Designer have also been apart of my assignments. Over the years I have taken on these roles and more continuously learning and improving on the job. It is an essential skill that is nurtured in the military community to adapt and overcome to an ever-changing environment.
