Originally from South of France I was born in August 12th 1989, and I am the eldest of a family of three children. Since my childhood I have a great desire to give pleasure to those around me, and so naturally I turned to pastry.Curious and passionate by nature, for me this job does not mean only making cakes. Being a pastry chef is also a state of mind, discoveries and travels. It is as well on the plate, with the panel of flavors and colors more and more diversified, but also by provenances from the products as well as the know-how and culinary traditions.After I had finished my studies in Paris, I spent several years learning with some of the best in Europe.
