In-house counsel with a focus on driving the success of the company, our teams and our people. My responsibilities include developing Intellectual Property assets as part of innovation and marketing strategies, evaluating infringement risks and licensing opportunities, brand development and protection, and counseling on intellectual property issues. I was given increased responsibilities in a commercial legal role, working with internal clients on sales and other commercial agreements, and otherwise serving as a business unit general counsel for our Latin American container business from 2023-2024. As part of a recent corporate structure and business realignment, I am now responsible for intellectual property for our Global Cellulose Fibers business, along with additional commercial duties including business information technology and outbound sourcing matters.
