Started out as a developer for backend systems back then in 1997, did some web-programming and business-analysis until 2005, before i went "back to the roots" again.Luckily i got attracted by "Scrum" in 2009 and participated in some trainings and had the opportunity to start working with my first team as Scrum Master in 2010, and continued with multiple teams in the years since then.Besides that, i did run Scrum Basic trainings InHouse 2014-2019, started our agile community 2016 and changed to Riskmanagement in 2017. Also beeing part of transformation-team 2016-2018 and a change-agent for our company towards beeing Agile. Working for a team of not-demotivated people, who have enthusiasm, skill and the will, "to get the job done" is a great pleasure for me these days. Went on the road to deepen knowledge and skills in #Leadership, supported by my first #WOL circle in order to keep focussed somewhat on the topic. In my opinion Leadership is a key element in order to establish or improve great teams or even companies - and make successful change happen. We need a vision, do steps and gain experience on the way, change ourselves as well as the vision in order to do bigger steps forward. Overall i'm looking forward to exchange experience, KnowHow and Opinions about change and leadership (lead yourself first is where i would start from) with the goal to foster a positive change behaviour for everybody - for yourself, your friends, family, employees, bosses - and for myself. Invitations with specific topics for Gatherings, MeetUp's and other format's to do so are very welcome !Besides that, starting to go deeper into coaching skills is another route i follow since a while now, to offer a broader spectrum of support to colleagues and also customers.
