Led a team of 25 peers and subordinates to manage the operations of the entire submarine, a $1B asset, while maintaining the safety of over 130 personnel.• As Quality Assurance Officer, was personally responsible for ensuring first-time quality and overall management of over 100 maintenance packages involving the watertight integrity and nuclear systems of the ship.
