Tom has a wealth of Technical Program Management and Supply Chain expertise from his 30 years of Industry experience spanning Semiconductors, Solar, Outdoor Consumer Products, and Industrial Products.During his 23 years at Intel Corporation, Tom focused in the areas of Assembly/Test equipment, sourcing methodologies, supply chain ecosystem, technology development, and ramp readiness for high volume manufacturing. Having managed and provided oversight to >100 Assembly Equipment and Materials sourcing selections, Tom is well versed in competitive sourcing and delivering solutions with the right Cost, Quality, Availability, and Technology (CQAT). Tom held a variety of Technical Program Management and Sourcing positions at Intel Corporation with increasing scope/complexity, most recently focusing on “Special Ops” for complicated supply chain challenges (non-routine and high tolerance of ambiguity).
