Safety program development and implementation. Supervision, monitoring & evaluation of HSE systems, policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Building a proactive and ultimately generative safety culture within the organization. Investigating and analyzing incidents to determine root causes and elimination/mitigation actions. Determine the safest and best engineering solutions especially from an operational standpoint. Carry out inductions, toolbox talks and training as well as maintain accurate records and monitoring effectiveness of the same. Establish and maintain a well structured and documented HSE inspection, audit and checks program.

• Planning, monitoring and optimization of petroleum product conveyance;• Organisation and supervision of controllers and technical field operators;• Enforcing operations safety regulations;• Prompt internal system and equipment anomaly reporting, resolution and follow-up;• Ensure preventive equipment maintenance is followed as scheduled;• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the tank farm and plant area;

• Implementation of brand marketing and trade programmes in various outlets;• Execution of marketing activities for both national and local consumer promotions;• Establishing strong public relations with all outlets as well as the distributors and their sales crew;• Identification of key market gaps within distributor territories and ensuring those gaps are filled in order to drive the key objective of increased sales within a region.• Training of sales crew and distributor staff on best sales practices and customer relations.
