Partnered with the Regional Banking Directors, Regional Banking Senior Managers, and the Business Execution Consultant team to implement initiatives supporting operational integrity development and issue management. Examples includes, SHARP & MRA issue management, conduct risk findings, Branch Control Reviewed findings, Risk Dashboard reporting management, partnership activities with region leadership impacting operational integrity, decision making impacting branch operations, issue management, and consultation on policies and procedures. Through inspection, consulting, and implementing change management helped navigate the changing environment of branch banking and directly impacted the branch employees experience. Managed a team of 13 Consumer Bank and Contact Center Learning & Development professionals to ensure effective delivery of learning solutions to new to position or newly promoted branch employees and mid to senior leaders. Adhered to a leadership matrix to support direct reports engagement and development action plans. Regularly observed direct reports to support facilitation skill development and growth. Supported blended delivery and virtual delivery training solutions to Los Angeles Region and Western Region employees. Provided support in learning related coordination, process, and training site management, including calendar management, expense management and management of four training sites maintenance. Hired, on-boarded, created and participated in the training of 190 Learning & Development Facilitators for the Wachovia branch integration process. Managed, developed, and coached a virtual team of 19 employees deployed across the United States responsible for conversion activities including: classroom facilitation, providing market support and participating in buddy banking. Managed daily and monthly business operations for the traveling team, including monthly expense and budget management and scheduling of 19 employees to optimize conversion activities and conversion support provided. Actively coached and mentored employees through development in facilitation, consulting skills and final transition through end of project activities.
