Backend development of both internal and external facing tooling, and features to support all payments at PayPay.Introduced and managed static code analysis for all teams (150 engineers) leading to an elimination of OWASP security violations introduced in code changes.Led the migration of the monitoring stack from Datadog & NewRelic to a self hosted Thanos+Prometheus based tool that would lead to cost reductions of ~$1M per annum.Contributed to the migration from AWS Aurora RDS to Self hosted TiDB. Assisted in the maintenance of the data mirroring and validation mechanism ensuring 100% uptime during the migration.Advocated and handled education for the change in deployments from manually triggered deploys, to continuously deployed containers. This was achieved through the use of a GitOps strategy that used ArgoCD + Kubernetes to manage the rollout of thousands of containers for each deployment.
