Provide server administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, VoIP, printers, and digital senders for USFOR-A / JTF’s multiple enclaves. Utilize BMC Remedy ITSM, Windows Server 2008/20012, Windows 7/10, Exchange 2010, VM VSphere to coordinate and oversee system backups, STIG/IAVM implementation/compliance, hardware/software installation and implementation of system upgrades in accordance with USFOR-A policies and procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, network communication fundamentals, basic IA principles. Proficient in the use of BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) suite and IT Business Management (ITBM) and related tools. Support Government in producing and using report matrices and requests for information procedures, along with collaborative planning tools (such as internet/intranet web sites, knowledge portals, chat, video, teleconferencing (VTC). Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and Security Harding of Devices. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Manage, Monitor, Administration of Exchange servers and Outlook Web Access (OWA). Utilized VERITAS Backup Exec to conduct file server backup and restores. Maintain systems availability and performs regular maintenance on equipment. Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones (VoIP’s), personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches. Maintains antivirus and security requirements by the US Government standards and regulations. Perform additional duties as required Qualifications SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • 5 years in windows environment and/or call center or service desk experience• Active Secret Clearance • DoD 8570 IAT Level III IAM Level II certified• CASP CE• Server+• SEC+ CE• NET+ CE • CCNA• MCSA
