On 1.12.2022 the company Energismede Potterhusvej in Åbenrå was registered in the Danish Companies Register. This company deals, like a good old village smithy, with all work - around energy supply, power plant technology and turbine technology. However, unlike the classic forge of old days, I want to focus on things I can really do. I offer consulting, measurements and documentation relating to the operation, modernization and repair of steam turbines, thermal power plants and installations.On existing plants: • Measurements of steam consumption, performance and efficiency - also comparative measurements, • Evaluation of measured values, cause research, creation and evaluation of repair concepts, • Creation and independent testing of repair concepts including the existing peripherals,On new construction projects: • Independent examination of specifications, quantities and functional descriptions, • Participation in test runs and audits, • Creation and optimization of Water-steam cycles, • Calculation and testing of energy and mass balances,All this work requires experience and understanding of the processes and equipment used. I bring this experience from more than 20 years of turbine construction and can fall back on an extensive network of experts. To understand what goes beyond my horizons, I ask questions and read documentations.

After 22 good years in which I've seen many aspects of developement, measurement and troubleshooting at steam turbines and thermal industrial power plants I got the opportunity to change my professional environment during restructuring at MAN energy solutions. I can offer advice at calculation, layout, installation, modernizations and modifications of steam turbines and power plants also like power and performance measurements including reports and (if required) recommendations. I work as a freelancer, but I'm also open to permanent position in an dynamic team. (working at interesting projects today is teamwork at all)
