 Assisting two high volume Elder Law attorneys specializing in Nursing Home/Waiver Medicaid, Guardianships, Probate, Real Estate, Special Needs Planning, and Estate Planning Managing a large caseload of open Nursing Home/Waiver Medicaid files which includes actively keeping deadlines, preforming Medicaid Intake Interviews, file maintenance, and the review of up to five years of all financial records  Drafting of Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Last Wills and Testament, and various types of Trust documents Real Estate research, Drafting of Deeds, Transfer on Death Designation Affidavits, Transfer on Death Confirmation Affidavits, Memorandum of Trusts, and other pertinent documents Assisting with the completion of Guardianship and Probate filings which include accounts, inventories, and notices to the court Screening of telephone calls and assisting clients when they arrive at the office for scheduled consultations Keeping track of and entering billable time into CLIO and TABS Reviewing bills and payments from clients on a monthly basis
