Manager responsible for Manufacturing Engineering and Operations for gasoline high pressure injection (HDEV5/6) project. Responsibilities include daily activities to lead operations and engineering team to successful results in safety, quality, cost and delivery. Partnering with value stream team and international networks for current topics and long term planning of product growth and development. Involvement in customer visits, driving the change process and lean implementation, associate coaching and development. Currently responsible for 17 exempt and 100 hourly associates.

 Responsible for plant EFQM (Business Excellence) activities, including plant vision, mission and strategy, policy deployment and result tracking, System CIP in indirect areas  Internal / external communications (since 2012) Coordination of various yearly plant and divisional assessments and leadership training EFQM Assessor for internal and external assessments

Manager of the engineering group including project management, mechanical and electrical design and software of assembly systems and special machinery Group included up to 3 group leaders and 35 engineers, managing up to US$ 23 Mio of equipment sales per year Responsible for capacity planning, project schedules and cost, quality and customer satisfaction Develop and execution of business planning and strategy Additional responsibilities include Lean Line Design / Bosch Production System (BPS), process standardization and quality management activities

Project management responsibility to develop and start up next generation fuel injector EV14. Managing overall timeline for all functional groups and coordination of activities as well as report out to plant management. Successful on time sample builds and production readiness. Project management for product transfer of fuel rail assembly from sister plant to Charleston plant, including establishing department in Charleston, developing associate training, inventory builds, customer releases and documentation.Project management for procuring, releasing and ramping up chrome plating process in Charleston plant, including release through DHEC and OSHA.

Manufacturing engineer in gasoline division.Responsibility for laser welding processes in EV6 gasoline fuel injection product.Responsible manufacturi8ng engineer for sub assembly processes of needle and Valve seat components, including documentation, procurement of new equipment, daily process improvements and troubleshooting utilizing Shainin methods.
