Four years after completing my culinary apprenticeship, I took on the role of head chef for the first time. Subsequently, I spent several years as a kitchen chef in fine dining establishments. In 2006, I ventured into self-employment in the consulting field, specializing in gastronomy, and worked across the DACH region. Later, I had the opportunity to manage a vacation property for a billionaire family. Since this role was limited to approximately four months per year, I also engaged in VIP hospitality at international sports events. Over these 16 years, I gained extensive experience and expanded my expertise.
