At Citavi, I have overseen the following tasks:- Strategy, conception, usability- Management of the technical team (4 developers, 1 admin, 2 testers)- Architecture and co-programming of the desktop application- Architecture and co-programming of the SQL Server application- Architecture and co-programming of the web application- Management of tests (unit tests, load tests, UI tests, beta tests)- Architecture and management of the back-office operations including user accounts, licenses, etc.- Management of migration of on-premises infrastructure to Azure (AD, Exchange, CRM, code repository, file services, etc.)- Setup and management of Citavi cloud services: Azure SQL, Storage, AppServices, Functions, API Management, Data Factory, VMs and numerous others. Plus, management of security (including white hat hacking), autoscaling, resilience/alerting, and cost.- Management and co-development of DevOps processes (incl. Infrastructure-as-Code with ARM and bicep).- Third level support, especially for major customers of the server application- Management of the translation processes- Maintenance of the MS Gold partnership
