With significant experience in Financial Accounting and Advisory Services, specialising in Financial Services, Mining and Agriculture, Thomas has a deep understanding of finance and business operations across a broad range of industries. Across his big four tenure, he worked across a number of key financial and non-financial control audits and reviews further developing his non-financial skills. More recently with his time at Accolade Wines, he has Finance Business Partnered with the Winery Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics supporting the delivery of key business objectives through clear financial analysis. 
Thomas is an experienced Finance Manager and Board Member with an extensive understanding of corporate finance, supply chain operations, supply chain finance, development and implementation of business cases with a strong passion for delivering results. 
Thomas is currently the Head of Customer Service and Logistics APAC with Accolade Wines. He has an Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants ANZ.
