Market process conveying and industrial vacuum equipment to the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, and ordnance/rocket propulsion industries. Manage a network of independent representatives focused in western United States. Responsibilities include technical sales support for regional representatives, training for new salesmen, sales seminars, review of bid specifications, and provide equipment proposals according to specifications. Work with in-house engineers as well as client's staff engineers during equipment design drafting and approval phase.Field responsibilities include on-sight sales support for local sales representatives, to assess the viability of a potential project; review drawings and determine how our equipment will integrate into the client's facility and/or process. Attend industry trade shows, provide start-up training for new equipment installation, and scout potential representatives in a sales territory.

Managed a network of industrial distributors nationwide, organized and attended trade shows, and provided sales training. I also provided field support for distributor sales force to evaluate/develop new sales opportunities and determine the viability of a potential application. Marketing duties included the development of mature products into new markets, working with industry publications, placing ads, sourcing sales leads, and developing literature for our distributor sales force.
