Provides leadership and serves as strategic partner to design, develop, align and implement compensation strategies and programs to support current and long-range University strategies and operational priorities.

Leads the VCUHS Compensation team in developing strategy, designing competitive pay programs and providing consulting services on compensation practices and solutions.• Provides consultative services to Management and HR Business Partners on compensation programs, guidelines, job analysis, employee movements, competitive pay practices and legal/regulatory compliance.• Directs and manages annual competitive review process and delivery of client/job specific benchmarking studies.• Leads the design, development and implementation of base pay and other compensation programs and processes, including the redesign of the organizations base pay structures.• Successfully transitioned organization of 10,000 plus team members to an annual focal point salary review process and responsible for leading the continual project management of the annual salary review process.• Manages team in the overall salary survey selection, participation and analysis process including vendor relations and data warehouse management.
