As a Partner in our Consulting division at Siemens Digital Logistics, I lead and execute global planning projects with a focus on improving end-to-end supply chain networks, processes, inventories, and transportation. I have more than 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, working with clients from different business sectors and regions.I specialize in combining domain expertise from supply chain consulting with quantitative planning methods, such as machine learning and supply chain analytics, to answer strategic and tactical supply chain questions. I design and direct client journeys to engage with existing and potential future customers. My mission is to support clients to build successful supply chain strategies and to guide them to improve costs, cash-flow, service, and quality along the end-to-end supply chain.
