He’s a skilled life coach with a keen sense of deliberate foresight.  After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Tom joined Procter & Gamble in 1977; engaged in multiple start-up operations which utilized breakthrough labor strategies and “high performance work teams.” Swiftly promoted to the corporate staff to establish innovative manufacturing strategies and high impact efficiencies across the United States.  Recruited as VP Manufacturing for a Canadian consumer products company; re-tooled organizational and supply chain strategies in France, England, Canada, and the USA that resulted in a financial turnaround of the company.  Co-founded the international consulting firm, SDF International. As managing partner, led the development of a groundbreaking “empower and transfer” consulting model . . . and performance-based projects in twenty-one countries. Fortune 500 clients include Johnson & Johnson and its international Consumer Products, Medical Device, and Pharmaceutical business units. Awarded J&J’s “Lifetime Achievement Award” for leadership, product development efficiencies, and contribution to strategic business objectives.
