CurrentThomas has been a partner at Clifford Chance LLP since 1997 and is the Head of the Americas Banking & Finance Group, based in the Firm's New York office. Throughout his career, Mr. Schulte has held numerous positions within regional and global management. From 2006 - 2012, Mr. Schulte was a member of the Firm's Partnership Council, the supervisory board of the global Firm. From 2007 - 2013, Mr. Schulte was the Chairman of the Firm's global Audit Committee.Mr. Schulte's practice involves the representation of borrowers and lenders in all aspects of secured and unsecured financings, work-outs, restructuring and recapitalizations.
