Research Project Maastricht (RPM) is a student initiative supported by Maastricht University, which carries out research at cost price, annually since 1989. In previous years, research has been conducted in China, Indonesia and Brazil and in 2015 the destination was Vietnam & Singapore. From January to April 2015, I've conducted two studies in two teams (2pers.). The first study was focused on the medical device industry in Vietnam, and aimed to analyse two key potential distributors. The second concerned an extensive comparative partner analysis in the (petro-)chemical processing equipment niche in Vietnam. Both studies have been conducted succesfully, with expected long-term contracts signed between analysed distributors/partners and employers.
