As a biologist, working in a scientific environment is very important to me. I understand the people, the projects and the internal structures.However, after my studies I did not want to work as a scientist in the laboratory. Therefore I chose a different career path and found my passion in Recruitment. I really like the direct interaction with people, but as a Biologist I also need the Scientific environment around me. Therefore, after working as a headhunter, I decided to join a biotech company in Planegg.At MorphoSys, I had the opportunity to accompany to the development and growth. One key element to ensure growth is recruiting. As a specialist in this area, I established new recruiting methods (e.g. active sourcing) and upgraded the recruiting process to a state-of-the-art process. As Recruiting is not working without Employer Branding, I placed MorphoSys as a strong brand on the market. Of course, I also actively recruited new employees and accompanied the entire recruiting process, starting with the job advertisement, through applicant management, interviewing, contract negotiations, to the onboarding of new employees.Additionally to my role as in recruitment, I was working as an HR Business Partner, and was able to accompany the change process internally and ensured that MorhoSys's heavy growth is on track.In my role at Pieris Pharmaceuticals I'm leading the Recruitment and Employer Branding globally, trying to establish a state-of-the-art recruitment process in Germany and the US. Buidling up a strong Employer Brand on the market will ensure a smooth Recruiting in the future.In my role as HR Business Partner I'm the first point of contact for all colleagues and supervisors, covering the daily labor law questions, Talent Management and Talent Development.To broaden my spectrum I also took over the role in the Project Management Office, overseeing all projects, defining the Project Governance and ensuring a good FTE planning and FTE forecast.
