-Lead a team of 15 employees in daily operations for auxiliary services Global Parking offered to garaged customers including; Valet parking, long term parking, car washing/detailing, Airport Employee shuttling, road side services.-Initiated new projects and carried out the process development throughout its life cycle in order to exceed expectations of our partners; ParkIndy and the Indianapolis Airport Authority.-One of my most important tasks were to forecast revenue and expenses each quarter. I worked directly with with our C.E.O. and other department managers to create an accurate budget and operational goals.-Created new procedures to increase employee productivity and ensure budget goals were met. In return, our quarterly growth rate averaged roughly 20% during my leadership.-Other tasks include; submitting payroll, itemize inventory, employee scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.
