•Managed Alliant Credit Union’s portfolio of delinquent and non-performing auto loans and alleviate financial and collateral loss through various approaches.•Worked directly with clients and vendors to create viable solutions and provide necessary support to accomplish mutual goals. •Initiated new projects which recovered substantial monies from post charge-off accounts and leveraged these results to implement new proactive procedures to help mitigate loss.•Created new internal procedures and integrated new vendors which dramatically improved recovery rates (52% 2016 Q3&4 vs. 77% 2017 Q3&4) and liquidation of collateral. -These changes in procedure reduced the time between collateral recovery to liquidation (56 days vs. 32 days) -This improved timely manner of liquidation and surge of proceeds enabled the credit union to increase lending in residential, commercial, auto, and unsecured loans generating more assets. Ultimately, this creation of new assets leads to greater dividends for the credit union’s members.•Produced reports that audited my portfolio to ensure the credit union stayed in compliance with state laws and CFPB guidelines.

• I worked with vehicle finance companies to provide them with positive resolutions for their delinquent auto loan accounts. I was responsible for my team’s implementation of client strategy, ensuring accounts stayed in compliance with industry guidelines and state laws, and maintaining PAR’s position at the top of client scorecards in direct comparison with competition. • Acted as a direct liaison for the team’s 2nd and 3rd largest client and had oversight of an average of 200 accounts. • Completed our client’s title work such as; Repo titles, State-state transfers, Transfer of Equity, and Refinancing with a 97% accuracy rate.• Arranged cost effective transportation and logistics for recovered vehicles going to auctions with the highest probability of bids and activity. • Established relationships with state agencies, such as DMV’s and tag services, to ensure timely completion of post-repo work in accordance to our contractual agreement. • Compiled account data to create weekly reports on recovered assets, invoices, and asset tracking.
