At ChargeSafe, both myself and my fellow team-members are here for the same thing. Collectively striving for better charging environments and to improve safety and accessibility to all charging sites within the UK.My role as Site Inspector will consist of long distance travel to complete assessments on public charging infrastructure. Assessing multiple focus points such as lighting, security and space for accessibility. Data gathering on this scale will help ChargeSafe formulate reports and communicate this information directly to the associated parties to help recommend areas of improvement and to also highlight areas where the Charge Point Operators have done exceptionally well.

At Turbocam I took on the role of CNC Lathe Operator. Being one of the first on site, I regularly perform daily safety and maintenance checks on 2-axis Lathes. My duties also expand to the general upkeep of the workshop and ensuing a high quality standard of work. This can be shown in the close monitoring of equipment accuracy and calibration.Working with Manufacturers such as Okuma, Doosan and Fanuc, I can confidently complete set-up tasks and the full operation of the Lathe during the extent of the job. Our main customer Cummins Turbo Technologies have a high demand for impeller blades, both made from smaller aluminium billets and larger titanium forged blanks for high horsepower applications.
