Over 15 years of exceptional customer service experience, with expertise in resolving high stress resolutions with customers in a professional and satisfactory manner. Over 10 years of inventory control and data entry experience, including but not limited to researching and correction of discrepancies. Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.), Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs, etc.) and Yardi Systems. Almost 10 years overall management experience, directing teams ranging in size of 3 people up to 12, including shift scheduling and task delegation/assignment. Over 10 years of basic mechanical repair, with experience ranging from electrical motors to hydraulic pump systems. Experience with forklift operation and safety, certified in 2013, and recertified every 3 years after. Extensive background in leadership skills, starting with being in the Royal Rangers youth program in high school, and Taskforce Good Shepherd, a young men’s group. Involved in multiple community service missions, including, but not limited to, cutting and delivering firewood to needy families, delivering food boxes from the Food Bank, and moving services for families moving into new homes.
