Employed by WinnCompanies in their military housing division, and have been overseeing their warehousing and logistic operations for the local project, North Haven, on Ft. Wainwright and Ft. Greely, servicing over 1800 homes. Have been in the management position since 2017, and was a Warehouse Specialist for over 3 years prior to that. Responsible for overall operation of the Warehouse and Inventory / Material management to achieve the project's Maintenance and Financial objectives. Held positions of: Warehouseman, Customer Service Representative, Paint Sprayer Technician. Duties included: receiving and distribution of stock, assisting customers on a daily basis, and writing up/filling orders. Also diagnosed and repaired contractor and homeowner grade airless paint sprayers (hydraulic pumps, DC motors, electrical control boards). Assisted our glass warehouse with loading and unloading glass orders, deliveries, and writing up glass repair work orders.

Duties included cleaning theaters, selling tickets at the box office, working the concession stands, and restocking/counting till inventory.Promoted to Assistant Manager in Jan of 2009. Responsibilities, along with the aforementioned, included opening and closing the theater, counting the safe (handling $7,000-10,000+ daily), was responsible for filling out daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, and managing employees in an efficient manner, which varied from 3 to 12 people, depending on the shift/day. Promoted to projections manager in Jan 2010.
