Senior Electrical Technician, and site AP for LV systems based permanently at a Grant Thornton site in Euston. Senior engineer to a team of 3 engineers providing maintenance to the buildings M&E plant and fabric. As well as carrying out daily PPM's/Reactive works to plant including;• Energy efficiency projects, from planning stage to installing and commissioning.• BMS monitoring/adjustments and energy efficiency improvements.• Responsible for handling small projects and working with the sub-contractors working and implementing SSOW procedures including a "permit to work" system and monitoring/Approving of RAMS.• Attending and active in Supplier Meetings• Conducting weekly technical team meetings with M&E team.• Face to face communication with clients – Managers/Directors/Partners.• AHU's,• VAV's, • Motors• Plate Heat Exchangers• Water Treatment to onsite cooling towers, • Emergency light testing• Fire alarm testing• PAT Testing

Electrical maintenance engineer, working at the London Trocadero Building amongst others, providing maintenance to all M&E services. Carrying out PPM/Reactive works to plant equipment such as;• AHU's, • Pumps/Motors• AC units. • Fire alarm/Fire pump sets testing• Emergency Light Testing• BMS monitoring and adjustments. • Water treatment to onsite Cooling towers.• Small install projects including Lighting & power during “ in-house” refurbs.

Installing renewable energy systems mainly solar PV systems to properties in the south/south east of UK. Lead engineer in a 3 man team to install Solar PV panels to a reliable and high standard. Carrying out Testing and commissioning works when complete.

Worked mainly in the Domestic/Commercial sector.The experienced I gained during the 5years were in both the commercial and domestic sector. I also produced and conducted quality risk assessments and method statements before works were carried out.Domestically I have experience with completing various jobs for a London Borough Council to a high standard and to bs7671, these included:• Full/part Re-wires• Fault Finding/rectification• Testing and inspectingI also have experience working with drawing plans/specs to complete jobs and liasing with Council Engineers to meet needs and any additions or changes to jobs, whilst producing work to a high standard that stands up to engineer checks and aesthetically pleases.
