General Manager Of Instructional Food Service
I started as the General Manager of Instructional Food Service which oversees the Culinary Arts Programs operational needs as well as the Student Center Cafeteria, campus catering, children's food service. In 2007 I took over further responsibilities managing all the food service on campus which included introducing a self operated Starbucks and a self operated food operation known as Coast's Snack Shack: fabricating fresh natural hamburgers (Smash restaurant style), fresh Kennebec fries and organic&natural Baja California cuisine. In the past year I have pursued catering of weddings by utilizing the campus's Horticulture Garden and the Frank Doyle Art's Pavilion. This past year I represented our managers as the President of Coast District Manager's Association. In 2012 I was Orange Coast College's manager of the year.

During my history at Hyatt I worked as Restaurant Chef of Ciao Mein, as Garde Mange Chef and as Executive Sous Chef. I was very involved in designing menus and executing menus for many of our V.I.P. society events, Political Dinners, Weddings and Hyatt's premier off-premise catering" Regency Caterers" executing high profile events such as at the Richard Nixon Library: especially the reception for the memorial services for the former president. I was the Ice Sculpturer Hyatt as well.
